Not long ago, Huang Jiutian had been an ordinary designer. Now he stood here alongside Tao Xingzhi, both dressed in special military uniforms.
Quite a few important figures surrounded them, with military and police personnel maintaining order and security.

A burly bald man whose muscles strained against his suit laughed.

The bald man delivered the phrase in broken Mandarin, but everyone in the vehicle was Russian, so nobody teased him about his pronunciation.
The conversation inside the vehicle revolved around Huaguo's food and amusing anecdotes. They seemed to be deliberately avoiding anything related to their work.
A blonde young woman in business attire interrupted their relaxed conversation.
"General, Huaguo has sent over the information."
