"Boss, I probably left it at the airport. I definitely didn't hand it over to the cops... otherwise, why would I bring the rest back?"
The burly man actually smiled.
"You have a point. But who's going to cover my loss now that five pounds of product have vanished? Even if the suitcase is still at the airport, would you dare go get it? Now that you've been spotted, that transport route is finished, isn't it?"
The white man kneeling on the floor had no answer.
"Mackey, you've been with me a long time, and you've always done good work. But this whole thing is too strange. I can't take the risk. Here's what we'll do. I'll give you two choices..."
Before the burly man could finish explaining those choices, a child's voice abruptly rang out at the door.
"Is this the suitcase you lost? My big cousin told me to give it back!"

Every pair of eyes in the room instantly turned toward the doorway, where a child stood dragging a large suitcase.
How had this kid gotten in? How had the door opened? Where were the guards?
The voice came so suddenly that they failed to notice the child hadn't actually spoken English, yet they had somehow understood every word.
Gun barrels swung toward Doudou in unison, giving Doudou a fright.
The burly man rose from the sofa. His first question wasn't about the goods; he was more concerned about his own safety.
