Chapter 450: A caravan in the rain

Margeson, a High Spirit Plane, in the storm-ravaged mountain canyons of the north.

An Akeniksen caravan was on the move. Six four-legged Camel Beasts, each the size of a rhinoceros, carried black cargo crates on their backs. Their heads were broad and flat, rather like triceratops with no horns and flattened faces.

Six or seven small Akeniksen merchants rode on each Camel Beast.

The little creatures, black with hints of grayish green or dark green, sat comfortably on the Camel Beasts' backs, chatting among themselves.
