Chapter 565: The advent of light
This explosion took place high in the sky. Aside from the brighter light and the wind reaching farther, its destructive power was not as immediately apparent as the last one's.

There had been some distance between it and the second explosion. After all, Academician Jin's sole objective was not to kill the Greater Demon, so although the blast was powerful, the damage was not as extreme as the first time.
Sure enough, a mangled body fell from high in the sky, dropping under gravity like a tattered sack tossed from a great height.
Some demons in Asiya Ze City flew up, hoping to seize the Greater Demon's body. But when they saw the five flying Thunder Beasts racing toward it as well, many immediately stopped, or even retreated farther away.
Two enormous claws swept through the air and firmly caught the falling Greater Demon.
The five Thunder Beasts seized the Greater Demon's body with ease.
"It's already dead!"
The two-headed monster felt the ruined wreck between its claws and spoke with a mocking tone.
Most of the surrounding Thunder Beasts felt much the same, even though they had yet to recover from the horror of their companion's sudden sacrifice.
