Chapter 570: Disaster in the Otherworld
Yaxiaze City—or rather, the ruins of Yaxiaze City—was surrounded by demons with injuries of varying severity. Even with their powerful physiques, they could not have escaped unscathed when the Ashen Ark crashed. Even the demons that could fly were no exception.
The only ones who had suffered no real harm were demons that had awakened their magic power, or beings at the rank of high demon or above. The two greater demons naturally fell into that category.

A mass of rubble and dust rolled down a small hill.
The greater demon that had been piloting the Ashen Ark shook his still-muddled head and stood up.
He looked around at the demons littering the ground. The boundless expanse around him told him that he had fallen into this world.
As for the Ashen Ark, the wreckage all around made its fate clear.
Since the other greater demon had not needed to remain linked to the Ashen Ark, he had gotten up earlier and was now hovering in the air, surveying their surroundings.
"Donnybal, why did the Ashen Ark suddenly crash here? Surely you weren't unable to control it?"
The greater demon named Donnybal rose from the ground. The turbulent magic power inside him had settled.
He sensed for the demons that had come down earlier. Apart from four high demons whose auras remained, he could no longer sense the slightly cleverer one. He did not know whether that demon had been unlucky enough to be crushed by a fragment of the Ashen Ark or whether something else had happened.
The greater demon in the sky continued climbing, as though he wanted to see farther in one sweep.
"Wendo, be careful. This world is strange. Just before the Ashen Ark crashed, I think I saw
