Earth's first all-out war against the demons had finally begun.
Over the preceding months, counting both the advance forces and the troops that had subsequently reached the Otherworld through the Summoning Spell Formation, roughly two hundred divisions had arrived. Including logistics personnel, their total strength approached a staggering four million, almost all of them elite frontline units from humanity's nations.
The sheer number of soldiers rivaled the entire population of some medium-sized kingdoms in the Otherworld, even before counting the many Evolvers and members of the Dawn Association.
Aside from the Dawn Members and national armies who had to remain on Earth to stabilize the situation and continue eliminating hidden threats, Earth had effectively committed all its elite forces to this expedition.
This enormous army spread across the Otherworld's major battlefronts, launching attacks on the Fallen Zone from every direction.
With more powerful fighters joining their ranks, some of the human armies' weaknesses were addressed to a degree. Even without the advantage of fortified defensive positions, they still swept through the demons with overwhelming force, though heavier casualties were inevitable.
What the humans liked best was demons massing together, allowing them to employ their usual tactics.
First came a round of bombardment, followed by the army's advance. Self-propelled artillery in the rear continued pounding the ground while the frontline troops tightened the encirclement, before finally launching cleanup attacks.
