Chapter 629: A strange school
"Dong, what are you doing?"
A young man not far from Chen Dong asked with a laugh. Seeing a colleague spray soy milk everywhere first thing in the morning was pretty entertaining, especially since he wouldn't have to clean it up.
The office had a distinctly youthful feel. That made sense, though: older civil servants generally climbed at least a little higher thanks to their seniority and rank. It was still early, so everyone turned to watch Chen Dong's embarrassing struggle as he pulled out tissues and wiped soy milk off everything.
While wiping the soy milk off his keyboard, monitor, and desk, Chen Dong set the official document with its red-letter heading on a corner of his desk. Fortunately, he hadn't sprayed any on it.
Hearing his colleague, he turned to look at them, then pointed at the document on his desk.
"The boss just gave me this. Some key school has suddenly popped up out of nowhere, and it's taking students at every school-entry age. High admission scores would be one thing, but some of the extra assessment criteria are seriously weird!"
The Ministry of Education rarely had confidential documents, so nobody had any qualms about opening it to take a look.
"Holy crap, the score requirements are so high... wait, standard academic subjects account for thirty percent? What does that mean? And what's this newly devised moral education assessment?"
"Yeah, and the address is the Similson Plains in Koren? This isn't a domestic school?"
"They're accepting students of every age?"
Chen Dong helped them turn to the appendix.
"Here. This is the important part!"
