Baru listened intently and waited until Qin Xiaoxia had finished laying out all his requirements before voicing his doubts.
"I understand what you mean, Lord Sage. But if I find them, the departments of the three countries won't be far behind. They won't interfere with my private life, but crossing borders would draw too much attention. By then, I might not have time to protect them."
