This was my first time writing a novel. From May 8 to July 1, after two months of work, it finally reached its paid release.
As you could tell from the title, "Longevity in the Immortal Mansion," I originally intended to follow in the footsteps of the great Bai Lixi and write a mortal cultivation story with a farming focus.
But as I kept writing, I realized that a straightforward mortal cultivation story suited me better, so I began writing according to my own vision.
To be honest, writing was grueling and difficult. Even after spending several hours, what I produced was still only mediocre. Now, with nearly a hundred chapters behind me, I could see many flaws in the opening chapters that had driven away plenty of readers.
