At the border of the Land of Iron, bitter winds howled, and the mist had yet to clear.
Tsunade stood atop a shattered hill, watching the figures of the Impure World Army slowly approach in the distance, her expression grim as iron.
"He... even he's been brought back?"
She narrowed her eyes, her gaze fixed on the familiar figure at the front of the crowd-Hashirama Senju, the First Hokage.
"Orochimaru really has gone mad."
Beside her, Kakashi Hatake looked equally grim. His hands were tucked into his pockets, but his eyes remained fixed on the battlefield.
"That's... the First Hokage."
"Yes, I remember it clearly... during the Konoha Crush a few years ago, Orochimaru used Impure World Reincarnation to summon the First and the Second."
Kakashi paused, his voice slowing. "But neither of them displayed much power back then. In the end, Yemu seemed to have suppressed them."
Tsunade gritted her teeth slightly. "But this time is different... I can sense it. Their chakra is almost as dense as it was when they were alive, perhaps even more stable."
"This isn't like reincarnation. It's more like resurrection! Orochimaru really is a freak, isn't he?"
Tsunade had barely finished speaking.
Just then, Kakashi Hatake's gaze jolted. A yellow figure entered his sight, and he froze as though struck by lightning.
He murmured:
"Minato-sensei."
Kakashi Hatake's voice trembled, unable to conceal his emotions. That man with short blond hair was none other than his teacher-Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage.
And he was also Naruto's father.
"Huh? Huh? Huh?"
Naruto happened to follow his gaze. His eyes suddenly widened, and he rubbed his forehead, as though unable to believe what he was seeing.
"There sure are a lot of Hokage out there, huh? Where's the old Third? Why don't I see him?"
