Even with Hikaru's high standards, he had to admit that Kakashi Hatake was indeed impressive. The little guy had already applied for the Chunin Exam at six years old. Such prodigies had been rare even in the decades since Konoha's founding.

Mikoto Uchiha blinked her beautiful eyes curiously and asked, "So, brother, are you refusing or agreeing?"

"Refuse?! Why would I refuse?!" Hikaru curled his lip, a sly smile spreading across his face. "Since our Hokage Lord dumped everything on me because he doesn't want to deal with it, I'll shove it all aside too and approve it outright!!!"

"He already caused trouble once last time. I don't want to keep messing around now. Since he applied, just approve it. Besides, that little guy really does have Chunin-level strength."

"Pfft~~~"

Thinking of what had happened last time, Mikoto Uchiha could not help laughing. It seemed Hikaru had been driven a little crazy by that brat Kakashi Hatake. After all, it was not easy to see Hikaru make such a frustrated expression.

Mikoto Uchiha had only seen it for the first time back then. Even now, she still remembered the wonderful expression on Hikaru's face clearly.

Laughing aside, Mikoto Uchiha still asked, "But if we approve it so easily, won't Hokage Lord be dissatisfied?"

"Tch~~~ What does he have to be dissatisfied about? First it was Namikaze Minato, now it's Kakashi Hatake. I seriously suspect that whenever the village gets children with decent talent in the future, that Third Elder will just shove them all over to me. It's like I, Uchiha Hikaru, opened some kind of genius shelter." Hikaru grinned and added, "I'm not falling for it. If he keeps sending them my way, I'll handle them directly. Let's see if he does it again next time."
