Kushina did not explode as expected. Instead, she seemed rather calm. Perhaps it was because one of her little secrets had been exposed, or perhaps she was embarrassed because there were too many people on the street.

Facing Mikoto Uchiha's teasing, Kushina blushed and stated her position word by word. "I'm angry!!! Very angry, very angry!!!"

"Sigh~~~ How can you get by with skin that thin? You'll suffer for it sooner or later."

Unfortunately, Kushina's declaration was not taken seriously by Mikoto Uchiha. Mikoto Uchiha patted her forehead and muttered to herself as she continued toward the Back Mountain, as though she had not seen Kushina's flushed, unhappy face.

Kushina felt utterly helpless. Her eyes widened as she watched Mikoto Uchiha ignore her and keep walking. Her lips twitched twice, and she desperately wanted to pounce on her, grab her, and give her butt a good beating!!
