Akatsuki Organization!

Akatsuki continued to grow and strengthen, but Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato knew full well that they still could not confront Amegakure head-on. They could only operate in the shadows.

They slowly accumulated strength, believing that as long as they worked hard, their goal would eventually be achieved.

The war between Konoha and Sunagakure raged fiercely, while in the Land of Rain, the open and covert struggle between the Akatsuki Organization and Amegakure was equally intense.

People constantly joined the organization because of Akatsuki's reputation, including all sorts of unusual ninja.

Some ninja not only used bizarre ninjutsu, but looked strange themselves. Some did nothing at all; simply standing there was enough to frighten plenty of people.

Such people might rarely appear among ordinary civilians, but there were quite a few of them among ninja. Akatsuki itself had several members who looked rather strange.

And within Akatsuki, a ninja whom all three leaders—Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan—greatly valued joined the organization.

Madara Uchiha had completely died and was waiting for Black Zetsu to carry out the plan to revive him. Black Zetsu chose to merge with White Zetsu, making him look somewhat more normal.

Although one side was white and the other black, this black-and-white fusion looked far more pleasing than Black Zetsu's purely black appearance. It also seemed much more cheerful, because White Zetsu was a jokester—talkative, fond of fooling around, and always spouting nonsense.
