After learning the full story, Ōnoki, Rasa, the Third Raikage, and the Third Mizukage could no longer stay calm. All four shot to their feet in shock, their faces full of disbelief. They could not believe Konoha would do something like this.
If they had not wanted to transport supplies, they should have said so directly! What was the point of throwing the supplies away?!!
Most of those supplies were useless now. What were the thousands of people supposed to do next? How were they supposed to fight this war?!
"Outrageous!!! This is absolutely outrageous! They've gone too far!!!!"
Ōnoki was the first to explode. Even his beard trembled with rage, and combined with that huge red nose of his, he looked almost comical.

Rasa and the Third Mizukage could still remain composed. The two exchanged a glance and smiled bitterly. Neither understood what had happened. Things had been fine before—could it be...

Logically, with the Third Raikage's violent temper, he should have erupted alongside Ōnoki immediately. Yet he rarely managed to restrain his emotions. Though he wanted nothing more than to curse Hikaru and Konoha alongside Ōnoki, he held back, even if his expression remained grim.
"Tsuchikage, even if we're angry, we need to find out the full reason first. What exactly happened?"
"Even if we isolated Konoha, I don't believe Uchiha Hikaru would recklessly cause trouble for no reason. There must have been a reason."

Persuaded by the Third Raikage, Ōnoki suppressed his anger and began asking questions. But the result left them dumbfounded.
"Cough, cough!!!" Rasa waved lightly, signaling for his subordinates to leave. Only after everyone else had gone did he speak. "So what do we do now?"
