What the Heavenly Demon clan cultivated was the soul; in truth, what they cultivated was Spiritual Power.

The Heavenly Demons' various arts were driven by Spiritual Power. To them, Spiritual Power was what True Essence was to humans.

This was a different system.

Within this system, their understanding of souls was worlds apart from that of humans.

The source of the soul cultivation system was the Demon Spirit Realm. Outsiders could not cultivate it, while humans knew very little of this system and understood soul power only superficially.

No matter how they pondered or researched it, they could never touch its core. They always grasped only a little bit of the fur.
