Xiao Hua began as a servant of Shang Hua Ming under Sect Leader Xiao Yuehong. Though he cultivated diligently, he remained at the first layer of Qi Cultivation for three years while his magical power steadily increased. His physique defied ordinary classification. An elemental-testing bead found no attribute in him—an unprecedented result—yet later circumstances repeatedly suggested an affinity for fire-attribute cultivation and talisman crafting. After leaving Shang Hua Ming’s protection, Xiao Hua survived as a rogue cultivator, relying on talisman crafting, pill refinement, disguises, and his concealed strength.
