When the lightning finally ceased, the entire barren mountain had been utterly reduced to ruins.
Whether animal or plant, everything that had endured that frenzied baptism of lightning had been turned to charcoal. Massive flames even burned atop the blackened remains.
The resentful dragons summoned by Vengeful Hannya had all been wiped out by the thunder. Even Vengeful Hannya himself lay on the ground, barely clinging to life.
