"Bro, wake up... Whoa!"

The moment his sister yanked off his blanket, Ren Suo was jolted awake by her scream, sitting bolt upright as if startled out of a nightmare. He stared at her by the bed in confusion. "What is it? A cockroach!?"

His sister covered her eyes with her fingers, but the gaps between them were wide enough to fit an egg through. "Y-you, your body..."

"There's a cockroach on me!?" Ren Suo jumped in fright and sprang to his feet with a rustle. Just then, Ren Ma happened to pass by carrying dried laundry. Seeing this, she tossed the clothes inside, dragged Xing Mei away, and shut the door in one smooth motion, leaving behind a voice that made Ren Suo burn with shame. "Xing Mei, you're still looking? Looking will give you a stye..."

Awkwardly taking the clothes, Ren Suo looked down at his naked body, then at the pajamas he had taken off beside the bed, then at the black cat sleeping lazily on the pillow. His chaotic thoughts gradually sank into an abyss, and an animalistic possibility surfaced in his mind.

I couldn't be that much of a beast, right...

I remember Luna had pressed down on my arm until it went numb, and then I fell asleep...

But I don't remember anything now. I don't even have the slightest feeling of a first experience. Wouldn't that be way too much of a loss...?

Though Ren Suo desperately came up with objective reasons for himself—the bed and blanket weren't dirty, Luna must have transformed back long ago, he had no memory of anything—he vaguely recalled having had a dream last night.
