Although Richard did not have high demands for a laboratory, the conditions in this karst cave were truly rather dreadful.
Towering stalactites, constantly dripping water, mushrooms and moss growing in the corners, along with tiny spores permeating the air—these things were far too terrible for a laboratory.
Surging spiritual power poured from Richard's body, covering the entire cave in an instant. Under the probing of his spiritual power, the intricate erosion paths and tiny cracks within the cave walls were all laid bare.
"Not bad. The overall structure is quite stable."
Richard took the Hand of Equilibrium from his pocket and inserted the butt of the staff into the stone beneath his feet.
The next moment, mana circuits like dodder vines spread outward from the Hand of Equilibrium like a rising tide. Upon these "mana branches," Runes were slowly inscribed onto the stone walls like fruit.
Before long, the mana circuits covered the entire cave, and the Runes followed suit.
Richard flicked his fingers slightly, and a fireball with a power level of one thousand shot from his fingertips, slamming into the cave wall like a meteor.
Boom!
Flames scattered in every direction.
When the flames faded, the spot where the fireball had exploded was completely intact. Only a few Runes had dimmed slightly.
"Not bad. I haven't worked with my hands in so long, but my skills haven't rusted."
Richard smiled with some self-satisfaction, then snapped his fingers lightly.
In the next instant, invisible wind elements were drawn in by mana. The gathered wind elements danced through the air like a flock of birds, and within moments, they sliced the towering stalactite pillars to pieces. The moss and fungi growing in the corners were swept into the air as well.
With a wave of Richard's hand, the wind elements
