Guided by the Action Avatar, Richard quickly found the first batch of legions Samael had prepared.

"So this is the Abyss's standard legion? It looks... rather crude."

Richard looked down at the Abyss Legion before him. The individual quality of these legions seemed quite good. Even by Wizard standards, these Abyssal Demons had reached the level of familiars.

But perhaps because the deal with the Wizards had only mentioned the legions as payment, without mentioning their weapons and equipment.

The equipment of these legions was consequently rather crude.

Most of them wore leather armor, with only a small number possessing metal armor. They had practically no weapons at all, relying entirely on the claws and fangs of their bodies.

As for supplies, auxiliary tools, and such, although Richard could not see any, judging by their main equipment, those things were unlikely to be much better.

Richard could not help comparing these legions with the Abyss Legions in his memories. Yet only after making the comparison did he realize that the Abyss Legions he had encountered back then seemed even worse than these.

Those demons had not even possessed leather armor. They had fought practically naked. It was only because their physical constitutions were so formidable that it had not seemed particularly out of place.

Looking at it now, that batch of demon legions had most likely been ordinary demons born locally in the Goblin World.

"Is equipment scarce for you?" Richard could not help asking.

"Equipment?" The Action Avatar's mental message carried some confusion. "Using equipment on these cannon fodder would be far too wasteful.

Besides, they cannot use the equipment produced by Demon Artisans with their strength."
