Ginny was reporting to Charlotte on the recent selection results for the competition venue design submissions.
"Boss, these are twenty of the more distinctive design proposals selected from all the submissions we've received during this period."
Charlotte took the tablet Ginny handed him and looked through the renderings.
Golf Ball Pavilion. The entire venue building stood on the ground in the shape of a golf ball. After looking it over, Charlotte shook his head. The concept was not great. Even calling it a planet would have been better than a golf ball. He swiped to the next one.
The second design shaped the entire pavilion like a flying saucer. Charlotte shook his head again. Not novel enough.
The third design was relatively simple. The building resembled the Water Cube, except that the Konoha symbol had been added to the front, while the Uzumaki clan crest had been added to the back. It could be said to have referenced elements of Konoha Ninja.
Charlotte continued scrolling down. From ordinary buildings at the start, the designs grew increasingly unrestrained later on. One designer had actually designed the venue as a planet formed by Chibaku Tensei, floating in the sky, with spectators and contestants taking planes to enter and leave the venue.
Looking at the design, Charlotte found it somewhat interesting, but building a planet that stayed airborne above Earth all the time would probably send the cost straight through the stratosphere.
Aside from that, the one that made Charlotte's eyes light up was an architectural proposal built around the shape of the Eight Trigrams Formation. It had a strong Chinese style, and it was a style he liked.
"Let's go with this proposal."
