Wick Arrives

Casablanca, Morocco.

"Welcome to The Continental Hotel in Morocco."

"How may I assist you?"

Charlotte Doyle took five Continental Hotel Gold Coins from his pocket and placed them on the front desk. "We need five rooms."

The hotel's service desk staff accepted the Gold Coins and began checking Charlotte's group in.

After Charlotte handed out the Room Cards, he was about to head upstairs when someone called out.

"Charlotte Doyle!"

Hearing someone call his name, Charlotte turned around and smiled at the newcomer. "Burada."

Burada stepped before Charlotte Doyle and held out a hand. "Hello. It's a pleasure to see you."

Charlotte shook Burada's hand, then said to Ginny and the others, "Go to your rooms first."

He then went with Burada to the hotel Rest Area and sat down on a sofa.

Burada looked at Charlotte Doyle. "It's been over a year since you last came to Morocco."

"And I heard about the big moves you made in New York."

Charlotte smiled. "They were just minor matters, nothing worth calling big moves."

Hearing Charlotte Doyle's answer, Burada said, "You're quite humorous, but I have a question."

"You're not here to kill me, are you?"

Looking at the man in charge of The Continental Hotel in Morocco, Charlotte answered seriously, "No!"

But inwardly, he grumbled, Once you kill that dog of yours, you might end up in mortal danger.

Hearing Charlotte's answer, Burada visibly relaxed. Then, as if recalling something, he asked, "You're going to see the Elder?"

Charlotte Doyle looked at the blond Italian before him and nodded, making no attempt to deny it.

Burada took a Room Card from his pocket and placed it on the table. "This is the best room in my hotel."

"Thank you." Charlotte did not refuse the gesture.

"I hope you enjoy your stay!"

Burada then rose and left.

Charlotte Doyle picked up the Room Card from the table and left the hotel Rest Area as well.

When he arrived at the room the hotel had arranged earlier, he found everyone gathered in one room and walked inside.

Seeing Charlotte arrive, Ginny asked, "Boss, what do we do next?"

"Wait."

"Wait for John Wick to arrive, and wait for him to seek out the Elder who stands above the High Table."

Charlotte then looked at Iruka. "Did you bring the bloodstained shirt John Wick changed out of earlier?"

When Charlotte addressed him, Iruka hurriedly replied, "Lord Charlotte, I brought everything."

Charlotte nodded in satisfaction and continued, "The High Table's headquarters are somewhere in the desert outside Casablanca. Aside from themselves, no one knows the exact location."

"Even when people meet them, they wait until the other party has collapsed unconscious in the desert before bringing them there. Their secrecy is exceptionally tight."

"We can't waste time and effort searching for it ourselves. Let John find them. Someone will bring him before the Elder, and that will be when we storm the High Table."

Ginny asked in surprise, "Boss, how can you be certain John Wick will meet the Elder of the High Table?"

"Is this another secret you can't tell us?"

Charlotte Doyle smiled. "Smart!"

He then took out the Room Card Burada had given him for the so-called best room and said, "Ginny, this is for the best room in the hotel. Burada gave it to me."

"You're the only woman here, so it's yours. Enjoy the best accommodations here these next few days. If you think they're lacking, have Burada renovate the place properly, so he stops using it to curry favor everywhere."

Ginny did not refuse. She took the Room Card, gave Charlotte Doyle a flirtatious look, and whispered, "I'll be waiting for you in my room~"

With that, she turned and left the room.

Seeing such a scene again, Sasuke Uchiha rolled his eyes and muttered, "Lord Charlotte is so boring."

He left the room as well.

Seeing Sasuke leave, Rock Lee called out, "Wait for me."

He immediately got up and ran out of the room.

Only Charlotte Doyle and Umino Iruka remained in the room.

Iruka looked at Charlotte Doyle, then said awkwardly, "Lord Charlotte, this is my room."

Sensing the awkwardness in the air, Charlotte took out the Room Card he had received at the front desk and said, "I'll go back to my own room."

Watching Charlotte Doyle leave, Iruka wanted to laugh but did not dare, so he silently held it in...

Back in his original room, Charlotte Doyle said helplessly, "Seriously, I got teased again. Ginny really is bold."

"Doesn't she know I can turn into a wolf at any time?"

What room number was on that Room Card again?

He seemed to have forgotten to look...

Putting those thoughts aside, Charlotte Doyle entered the system interface and selected the Training Ground. He intended to practice Ninjutsu some more.

Evening.

John Wick arrived in Casablanca.

He was heading toward The Continental Hotel in Morocco when he was surrounded again beneath a three-way underpass.

Looking at the three Assassins who had drawn Daggers and surrounded him, John Wick decided to strike first and instantly lunged at one of them.

With several quick sidesteps and feints, John Wick dodged the dagger slashes.

He seized the man's knife-wielding wrist and punched him in the face, then followed with an elbow strike.

The other two Assassins moved in to help, but John kicked them both to the ground.

He then spun and threw the assassin whose wrist he had seized onto the ground.

At that moment, one of the assassins who had just been knocked down got back up and stabbed at John Wick with his dagger.

John Wick reacted swiftly, instantly grabbing the man's wrist. The two locked in a struggle and began testing each other's strength.

"Enough."

A man outside the underpass interrupted them, then walked out while lighting a cigarette.

Stopping before the two men still struggling, the bald man said, "I'm afraid this friend cannot be touched."

The assassin looked toward the bald man and explained, "But he was excommunicated."

The bald man shot the assassin a sidelong glance. "I heard the manager has already pardoned him."

Hearing that he had been pardoned, John Wick looked at the bald man in surprise.

Meeting John Wick's gaze, the bald man said, "Mr. Wick, would you come with me?"

Hearing the bald man's words, John released his grip, ending the standoff with the assassin. At the same time, he returned the dagger he had taken from him.

The bald man gestured for John Wick to follow, glanced at the three assassins, then turned and led John away.

Seeing John and the bald man turn away, the assassin who had spoken earlier was unwilling to let it go. He instantly drew a dagger and prepared to throw it at John Wick.

But before he could throw it, the bald man turned and shot him dead.

After killing the assassin who had been about to attack, the bald man tucked his gun into his waistband and said to John, "Welcome to Casablanca, Mr. Wick."

"Thanks." John thanked him for intervening just now.

The bald man smiled and led John away.
