Defeat

Tony had just taken out the last tank, essentially destroying all of the enemy's heavy weapons, when Jarvis's voice came through.

"Sir, ten Mark 42s have been destroyed by the enemy."

"What?"

Tony cried out in shock, then glanced at the virtual screen and saw that only two blue dots representing his side were left.

"Damn it, that was fast."

Fortunately, Tony had already destroyed all of the enemy's heavy weapons. He controlled the Mark 42 beside him and flew into the air, looked down at Xu Wenwu below, and raised his arm. A missile rose from his forearm.

"Whoosh!"

Trailing a white plume of fire, it flew toward Xu Wenwu.

"Run out of tricks?"

Xu Wenwu smiled disdainfully, then raised a protective barrier.

"Boom!"

The missile slammed into the barrier and triggered a violent explosion. Flames swallowed the shield Xu Wenwu had raised, but in the next second, the fire dispersed, and Xu Wenwu inside the barrier was completely unharmed.

The Ten Rings in Xu Wenwu's hand seemed to turn into a long whip, looping around the Mark 42 in the air.

Xu Wenwu yanked down hard, instantly dragging Tony's Mark 42 down and smashing it into the ground, where it left a deep crater.

But at that moment, the last Mark 42 appeared behind Xu Wenwu, and the Energy Cannon in its chest blasted straight toward Xu Wenwu's back.

Yet before Tony's Energy Cannon could hit, one of the Ten Rings flew over first, blocking the attack and then ramming toward Tony.

Xu Wenwu laughed disdainfully. "I was ready for you."

"You really thought I couldn't count? That I didn't know thirteen armors flew over?"

In the next second, the flying Ten Rings pierced through the Mark Armor, but Tony Stark was nowhere to be seen inside.
