Back in New York, Nick Fury began developing weapons using the Doctor’s new Type II Energy Blocks, while T’Challa visited the Sunagakure Puppet Shop to buy Physical Enhancement Serums.

• Hill received authorization documents, and T’Chaka agreed to provide the United Kingdom and United States with one hundred kilograms of Vibranium in exchange for their payment.
• T’Chaka told Hill that American merchants had attacked him after he refused to sell them extra Vibranium, killing two Royal Guards.
• Hill took the Vibranium back to S.H.I.E.L.D. without Hydra learning of the operation and reported that other forces were targeting Wakanda’s Vibranium.

T'Challa fled S.H.I.E.L.D.'s attack through the Feller Building while protecting two suitcases of Physical Enhancement Serum. As armed forces surrounded the building and moved to trap him, T'Challa ordered the Wakandan Stealth Fighter to shoot down an approaching helicopter.
