Lie, Ron, Magneto, and Katy watched Dr. Tsuchiya and the Hoshino brothers confront Dr. Ogami’s men and the mysterious Super Vanguard. Super Vanguard’s soul left its shell and raced to the moon, leaving Dr. Tsuchiya to wonder how powerful its racer had become and whether he would appear at the Tōkichi Cup.

• The Hoshino brothers lost a race against Primal War God JB, while Ron and the others watched from behind an invisible barrier.
• Dr. Tsuchiya told Gō and Lie that he had built powerful cars but prioritized children’s ability to control them, unlike Dr. Ogami.
• Dr. Ogami’s armed men tried to capture Super Vanguard, but Gō and Lie’s cars chased it as Dr. Tsuchiya explained its history.

At the Da Shen Cup, Magneto, Susan, Ron, and Katy faced the deadly Super Black Hole Track as powerful modified racers and Kondō Gen gathered. The race began with Magneto holding back to avoid the Gigantic, while a gifted modifier explained why he had chosen to postpone becoming a Transcendent.
