Qing Yuan propped up her chin, narrowing her eyes as she looked at the two across from her.
"Qing Yuan, your expression is really strange." Yao Ziyan noticed Qing Yuan's gaze.
"I just feel like I'm a bit superfluous," Qing Yuan muttered quietly.
"How could that be? I've never thought so." Yao Ziyan came over to Qing Yuan's side and smiled as she comforted her.
"Then feed me." A sly smile appeared in Qing Yuan's eyes.
"That's enough from you." Yao Ziyan rolled her eyes. "Why are you always like this?"
Luo Chuan said nothing. He even somewhat wanted to look at his Magic Phone.
"Oh, right, where's Frost? Didn't we tell her earlier?" Yao Ziyan suddenly asked.
"Uh, I forgot to call her." Luo Chuan had indeed forgotten about it.
"It's fine, I'll go get her." Yao Ziyan stood up just as someone knocked on the door. "Looks like she's already here."
Yao Ziyan casually answered, then opened the door. A silver-haired, red-eyed girl stood quietly outside.
Yao Ziyan clearly noticed that Frost's eyes seemed to light up when she caught the scent of the food.
"Go wash your hands first." Yao Ziyan led Frost toward the washbasin.
"What a needless move. There's no need to wash hands at all." Qing Yuan could not help shaking her head at the sight.
She did not know Frost's true strength, but it was certainly greater than that of a peak Venerable. Qing Yuan clearly remembered Frost pinning Wu Tian down and beating him in the Tower of Trials arena.
In truth, once cultivators advanced to the Venerable realm, they could already be said to be untouched by worldly dust. Their bodies, tempered and protected by spiritual energy, basically carried no impurities.
"That may be true, but life isn't about pursuing simplicity
