It seemed to be early spring. A clear stream flowed through the valley, murmuring along, and the smooth green stones beneath its waters could be seen clearly.
Unknown flowers and grasses carpeted the ground, giving off a fresh, delicate floral fragrance.
Lush ancient trees could likewise be seen on both sides of the valley, their emerald branches and leaves seeming to emit a soft halo beneath the sunlight.

It had white walls and a red roof, two stories in all. Tender green vines climbed up the walls, several little trees that had only just sprouted branches grew before the door, and carefully tended flowerbeds surrounded them.
