Luo Chuan sat on the sofa, staring blankly at the ended call screen on the Magic Phone, pondering the meaning of Anviya's final words.
"Time is running out"?
What sort of time was running out? The words had come completely out of left field.
Before he had the chance to ask, Anviya had already cut off the video call, and the messages he sent through the Magic Phone received no reply either.
It seemed she had no intention of answering.
Luo Chuan frowned. For some reason, the dragon girl's words gave him an oddly familiar feeling.
It was as though... he had heard something similar somewhere before.
Luo Chuan searched through the memory files in his mind, even turning over the cache files and unprocessed junk files, yet he found nothing remotely related to it.

Perhaps many people had experienced this: when encountering something or seeing a certain scene, they would suddenly feel as though they had seen it all before.
As though, at some point in the past, they had encountered the exact same thing.
There were all sorts of explanations for the cause of this phenomenon.
Some experts explained that it was most likely just a simple illusion, the brain deceiving one's consciousness.
Or perhaps they truly had encountered a similar scene before, only they had forgotten it, and seeing something alike brought about that feeling.
Others said it was actually the experience of another self in a Parallel Universe, with time and space overlapping at that very moment.
Opinions varied wildly. As for the true reason, it was a matter of different people seeing different things.
It needed to be analyzed according to one's own circumstances.
Luo Chuan felt that he really had heard similar words before. It could not have
