The Lord of the End bestowed grace upon His followers, granting them the mighty power of gods.
The more grace the followers of the End received, the closer they came to godhood, until they ultimately became a part of the gods.
That grace could also be mixed with knowledge from the gods.
Soul Lock had experienced something like that.
Perhaps it was the lingering influence of the Lord of the End's power, but he always felt that the new Dream Realm Gate application launched by the boss was somehow special, though he could not explain exactly what that feeling was.
Black Scale thought Soul Lock had something wrong with his brain.

In the end, Soul Lock gave up trying to explain it to Black Scale. He suddenly realized that bringing this matter up with Black Scale had been his greatest mistake.

He was no longer the Archbishop of the End. That was merely an identity from the past, and the Endless Divine Court and the Lord of the End were likewise nothing more than names he had once known.
