Ron looked at the sleeping Grandfather Nurgle, who occasionally let out snores, and could not help covering his nose.

It was an unimaginably enormous, bloated, foul-smelling giant, as though it could fill the entire world.

His skin was a dark green, swollen with a sickly bloat. His massive belly had split open, exposing rotting organs within, while layer upon layer of fat nearly dragged across the ground.

This being itself was a breeding ground for plague, stench, and despair. Black mist surrounded him, and a huge swarm of Rot Flies buzzed around him like dark clouds.

"This guy is one of the sources of the world's suffering. If I do not deal with him, perhaps one day the Great Unclean One will return—"

A trace of vigilance flashed through Ron's eyes.

Even while asleep, this being that gathered all disease, bacteria, and filth continued releasing plagues into the Galaxy and the Warp through the countless wounds covering his body.

Thus, he indirectly created disease, decay, and suffering.

People would contract illnesses that were difficult to cure. Wounds would rot and become infected with tetanus. Food would spoil faster and breed flies and maggots.

That was the problem.

Even though Ron had done everything possible to resist the plagues and eliminate their influence, these most basic forms of corruption still remained, forcing the Imperium to maintain enormous sanitation and medical expenditures.

"Fortunately, the problem is about to be resolved. I have already reached the source of plague and disease."

Ron felt rather emotional.

Perhaps he was the first being to come so close to the Lord of Pestilence, able to extend the power of his authority into the bedroom of that palace and arrive at the other party's bedside.
