Why did they look even more imposing than the Federation Fleet?
The Federation Governor was numb.
Even though he knew the Imperial Logistics Fleet would arrive, he could not help but feel afraid when he actually saw it.

The Federation Governor did not hesitate. He hurriedly led the Administrators to greet the personnel of the Imperial Logistics Fleet.
He was terrified of angering these Imperial envoys. If this Imperial Fleet became unhappy and began bombarding the surface with Exterminatus, the planet's defenses would never withstand it.
That was inevitable.
Though the Imperial Logistics Fleet was supposedly made up of transport ships, most of them were armed vessels, and their ship-mounted firepower was a whole tier above that of the Human Federation.
Especially those colossal transport ships. Equipped with oversized naval cannons, they were practically Imperial versions of Eldar Craftworlds, exuding overwhelming pressure.
They had been forced into this.
In recent years, the Imperium's transport demands had grown ever greater. Building light-year-scale space frontlines required unimaginable quantities of supplies, forcing the Logistics Department to develop and forge ever-larger transport vessels to meet the Imperium's needs.
"Ha, this mission is pretty easy. We should finish it soon." Looking at one Human Federation Civilized World after another, the Logistics Fleet supervisor seemed to breathe a sigh of relief.
For the fleet, this kind of evacuation operation was the simplest kind and did not have demanding transport requirements. Emergency shipments of construction materials like before had been the real torment.
Not only did they have to transport them quickly, they had to do so steadily. Different special materials had different transportation requirements and required different storage methods.
The rare, high-risk materials in particular had extreme requirements for travel
