That hall had once been an important council chamber of the Necrontyr empire. The decisions for the War in Heaven and Biotransference had both been issued from here.
The Silent King had excavated it from the ruins and reinstalled it in the central region of the Blackstone Nexus, where it symbolized the supreme authority of the Necrontyr.
Now, the Silent King would once again present his grand vision in this ancient council chamber, doing everything possible to persuade all the Phaerakhs and Overlords.
