Now that humanity had mastered deep-space interception technology, it would also bring even more risk to the Tomb Fleet.
That also meant the Necrontyr's advantage in space travel was in grave danger.
They would need to spend time and effort surveying new high-speed routes before they could reopen passage to the relevant regions.
Especially now, the Triarch Praetorians' strike plan against humanity would be thrown off. There was no way they could attack the target areas on schedule!
"End the transition!" Seeing the spatial fluctuations growing ever more violent and the entire Tomb Fleet shaking, the Praetorian commander gave the order to break away from the deep-space domain.
Otherwise, if this continued, the Tomb Fleet would be thrown by the turbulence into some unknown dimension or into the Warp.
They did not have the ability to get out of the Warp quickly. It was very possible they would be lost forever in that chaotic dimensional space.

Before long, this Triarch Praetorian Tomb Fleet skipped out of the deep-space domain like stones across water and appeared in the reality of the Galaxy.
"We need to find a new route. Perhaps we will have to use a Dolmen Gate to force our way into the Old Ones' transit paths—"
The Praetorian commander thought this to himself.
The Necrontyr Empire possessed two forms of ultra-high-speed travel technology.
One was using the Inertialess Drive to shuttle through the deep-space domain, as they had just done. The other was gate-to-gate technology: forcibly tearing open a Dolmen Gate and traveling through the Old Ones' Webway.
Of course, that was an invasive way of borrowing the road.
