Yet they had only just arrived when they suffered an inexplicable attack and were swept straight into a turbulent region of the Warp.

When the Lord of Ultramar saw that familiar turbulent region, his whole mind nearly fell apart.

It was a region where time and space were both in extreme chaos. To him, it could be considered an old haunt; he had once stayed there for several hundred years before finally waiting for The Savior's rescue.

Fortunately, this time Guilliman had enough experience. He did not sit and wait for death. Instead, relying on his familiarity with the turbulent region, he led his Gene-Scions onward, continuing to "paddle."

They spent a long time before finally emerging from the turbulent zone and reaching a normal region of the Warp.
