Hunting demon beasts in the Ten Thousand Demons Mountain Range was no different from challenging Ten Thousand Demons Valley to a fight.
In a valley surrounded by mountains on three sides, a waterfall plunged from a high peak a thousand zhang tall into a pool roughly an acre in size below. More than a dozen black lotus plants floated upon the pool's surface. Their buds had bloomed, their petals shaped like half-moons, giving off a dense, exotic fragrance.
