Ch. 383Friends and the Gravity Room

Yotsuki Mao showed off a frozen bird to Uchiha Obito and joined him as he introduced Shisui and Itachi to Cloud Capital. The chapter then shifted to a sealed metal room, where a huge figure finished 10,000 one-handed handstand push-ups under 40G.

  • Yotsuki Mao climbed a tree, froze one bird and struck another with lightning, then proudly carried the frozen bird through Cloud Capital.
  • Mao bought pastries for her four mothers and spotted Obito with Shisui and Itachi at a candy shop.
  • Obito introduced his two young Uchiha clansmen to Mao, who insisted on joining their outing.
  • Inside a metal room, a towering, muscular figure completed 10,000 one-handed handstand push-ups as the display showed 40G.

Ch. 384Idols and the Heavenly Palace

Dana trained in the Gravity Room, then showed Uchiha Shisui and Itachi around Cloud Peak Tower while Mao stayed with him. Tobirama Senju arrived with new results from the Heavenly Palace Project and asked Dana to review them.

  • Dana said he had adapted to forty times gravity and planned to strengthen his core before attempting fifty times.
  • Obito brought Shisui and Itachi to meet Dana, who introduced the boys to Mao and welcomed Shisui to the Federation Central Academy.
  • Uchiha Fugaku learned that Itachi was on Cloud Peak Tower’s top floor and told Obito to help arrange a visit between Mao and the Uchiha residence.
  • Dana took Mao around the top floor and later sent Obito, Shisui, and Itachi away without them inviting Mao to their home.
  • Tobirama Senju brought Dana new experimental results from the Heavenly Palace Project and asked him to review them.

Ch. 385Heavenly Palace Project

After four years traveling the Shinobi World, Jiraiya ended his journey with Orochimaru and used Reverse Summoning to visit Mount Myōboku, seeking the Great Toad Sage. Meanwhile, Yotsuki Dana inspected progress on the Federation’s Heavenly Palace Project, intended to build aerial forces and eventually prepare the Shinobi World for threats beyond the planet.

  • The great white snake told Jiraiya that its clone was nearing its limit, but Jiraiya said his journey was ending and he was leaving rather than returning.
  • Jiraiya praised Orochimaru’s talent, said the Shinobi World could be made better through his efforts, and left with the Reverse Summoning Jutsu.
  • Jiraiya arrived at Mount Myōboku, where a giant toad recognized the aura of a summoning contract and asked if he was Jiraiya.
  • Yotsuki Dana arrived at the Heavenly Palace Project testing ground, where Mine Taro reported that researchers had combined the Ultra-Light-Weight Rock Technique and the Super Weighted Rock Jutsu.
  • Dana reviewed the project’s long-term stages and considered its hidden goal of enabling the Federation to explore the universe and defend against the Otsutsuki.

Ch. 386What Do You Call This, a Flying Vessel?

Mine Taro demonstrated a giant floating island built from natural earth and stone, arguing that it met Dana’s requirements for a large flying vessel more cheaply and effectively than a steel ship. Dana resisted the unusual design at first but was persuaded by its capabilities and Mine Taro’s ambitious blueprint.

  • Mine Taro explained that researchers had found a way to use earth, air, and water as conductive materials for large flying vessels built with the Technique of Thousand Mechanism Construction.
  • Mine Taro’s team assembled buildings on an open patch of ground, installed specialized equipment, and lifted a massive, inhabited island out of the earth.
  • Dana objected that the floating island looked nothing like the steel warships he had envisioned, despite Mine Taro showing that it met his requirements for capacity, speed, and support.
  • Mine Taro demonstrated a spherical defensive barrier and a reshaping air-isolation barrier, addressing Dana’s concerns about defense and aerodynamics.
  • Mine Taro showed Dana a blueprint for a much larger floating island, and Dana accepted the new direction and declared that he wanted Floating Airship Islands.

Ch. 387It's Me

Dana returned the Federation’s first floating airship island to Cloud Capital, while Jishi’s Root Project made a breakthrough involving the ancient reincarnations Ashura and Indra. Their chakra merged before the Great Toad Sage, producing a figure who identified himself as Gamamaru’s old acquaintance.

  • Dana brought the crude Floating Airship Island to Cloud Capital, where the Third Raikage and Yotsuki Ki inspected it and praised its scale and potential.
  • Federation leaders, including Ōnoki, examined the island, which established a research direction for the Heavenly Palace Project.
  • Dana learned that Jishi’s Root Project had made progress.
  • A green-haired Jiraiya waited three days at Mount Myōboku until the Great Toad Sage awoke, then summoned Dan Katō into the palace.
  • The Great Toad Sage recognized Jiraiya and Dan Katō as Ashura and Indra, whose chakra had reincarnated through generations.
  • Jiraiya and Dan Katō merged their yin and yang chakra, creating a figure who opened his eyes and spoke to Gamamaru.

Ch. 388Ideological Divide

The Sage of Six Paths gathered the memories of his sons, Ashura and Indra, and confronted their opposing views on the Federation’s growing reliance on Chakra. He asked Gamamaru about an old prophecy of a blue-eyed youth and lasting peace.

  • The Sage of Six Paths appeared before Gamamaru and extracted the memories of the unconscious Jiraiya and Dan Katō, who had been Ashura and Indra observing the Shinobi World.
  • The Sage of Six Paths reviewed Ashura’s concern that an expanding ninja population could divide humanity between those with Chakra and those without it.
  • The Sage of Six Paths reviewed Indra’s belief that Chakra should drive humanity forward and that those unable to master it should be left behind.
  • The Sage of Six Paths asked Gamamaru whether he remembered the prophecy about a blue-eyed youth calling the names of nine beasts and bringing peace to the Shinobi World.

Ch. 389Prophecy Concerning Yotsuki Dana

The Great Toad Sage recounted prophecies about Yotsuki Dana and warned the Sage of Six Paths that Dana’s growing influence could draw the Shinobi World into a choice that determined whether it survived. The Sage of Six Paths left with the danger unresolved.

  • The Great Toad Sage explained that his visions of the blue-eyed boy and the Child of Destiny had faded as new prophecies centered on Yotsuki Dana.
  • He described visions of Dana’s rise, including a mighty figure beneath an azure giant and a later battle after which a second moon appeared.
  • The Great Toad Sage shared a recent prophecy in which Dana faced a desperate choice that swept the Shinobi World into a greater transformation, possibly ending in glory or annihilation.
  • The Sage of Six Paths wondered whether the azure giant was Susanoo and asked whether the prophecies revealed danger to his mother.
  • The Great Toad Sage warned that Dana’s bond with Natural Energy might give him a thousand-year lifespan and place the Shinobi World’s survival in his hands.

Ch. 390I Suggest You Stop Making Suggestions

The Sage of Six Paths debated with Gamamaru about Yotsuki Dana’s influence over the Shinobi World and decided to meet him personally. After hearing the Sage’s concerns, Dana told him and his family to stop interfering in the living world.

  • The Sage of Six Paths and Gamamaru discussed the risks of one person controlling the Shinobi World for centuries, and Gamamaru proposed creating a balance with the Yin and Yang powers.
  • The Sage of Six Paths agreed to consider entrusting his powers to Gamamaru but decided he needed to see Yotsuki Dana for himself.
  • Dana reviewed the Federation’s Chakra research, including a breakthrough in using White Zetsu flesh to produce a renewable Chakra source.
  • The Sage of Six Paths brought Dana into a strange space using the Power of All Creation and explained his concerns about the Shinobi World resting on one person.
  • Dana interrupted the Sage and angrily demanded that he, his sons, and Gamamaru stop meddling in the Shinobi World.

Ch. 391Humans Would Enjoy Their Own Victories, or Swallow the Bitter Fruits Themselves

Dana confronted the Sage of Six Paths over his attempt to guide humanity, warning that the Federation would treat him as an enemy if he interfered. Back at Cloud Peak Tower, Dana considered ways to expand his own abilities and the Federation prepared to develop a new energy source for civilian use.

  • Dana challenged the Sage of Six Paths to account for his failure to help the Shinobi World and warned him against trying to rule or guide humanity from outside it.
  • Dana offered the Sage a place as a shinobi in the Federation or the status of an enemy, and warned that the Federation already had plans to deal with Kaguya Otsutsuki.
  • Dana returned from the Other Dimension to Cloud Peak Tower and reflected on the Sage's unusual powers and his own potential paths to greater strength.
  • Dana ordered the Communication Snail to summon Jishi to Cloud Peak Tower the next day.
  • Dana reviewed how Biomorphic Energy, derived from White Zetsu flesh and blood, could power floating airship islands and expand Chakra technology across the Federation.

Ch. 392Two Weddings

Uzumaki Hirohiko married Uchiha Kaoru, followed three days later by Kushina and Minato Namikaze, as Yotsuki Dana officiated both weddings. The chapter then chronicled the Federation’s family milestones and rapid development through the start of the Glorious Ten Years.

  • Yotsuki Dana officiated Uzumaki Hirohiko and Uchiha Kaoru’s wedding, where Yotsuki Mao gave Hirohiko a frog frozen in ice as a gift.
  • Three days later, Yotsuki Dana officiated Kushina and Minato Namikaze’s wedding in Cloud Capital, and Yotsuki Mao gave Kushina another frozen frog.
  • At the end of Year 50, Yotsuki Hui gave birth to Yotsuki Dana’s son, Yotsuki Kimimaro.
  • In Federation Year 51, Yotsuki Kagari gave birth to Yotsuki Dana’s daughter, Yotsuki Karin, while Uchiha Fugaku and Minato Namikaze also welcomed sons.
  • The Federation launched its first forty Floating Airship Islands, and the Heavenly Palace Project developed a mass-produced personal aircraft.
  • The Federation advanced rapidly through agricultural ninjutsu and Chakra technology, beginning the period later known as the Glorious Ten Years.

Ch. 393New Era (Look Here!)

In Year 61 of the Shinobi World, Dana Yotsuki balanced Federation leadership with visits from his children and time with Yotsuki Qi. He and the Third Raikage visited the Heavenly Palace Project to inspect its new Flying Thunder God engine, which enabled an aircraft to teleport across much of the Shinobi World.

  • Dana Yotsuki invited Yotsuki Mao to visit his office, where she told him about her siblings’ studies and training.
  • Dana learned that the Heavenly Palace Project had completed an experimental Flying Thunder God engine and planned to inspect it.
  • Dana and Yotsuki Qi ate ramen together and discussed their plans to visit the project the next day.
  • The Third Raikage joined Dana and Yotsuki Qi at the transmission base, where they learned Yotsuki Qizhi had gone to an observation point in the Land of Wind.
  • Tobirama Senju explained that the Flying Thunder God engine could teleport its aircraft over distances that covered most of the Shinobi World, though not yet to the Land of Moon.

Ch. 394Unexpected

Dana and the others watched Tobirama Senju’s Flying Thunder God prototype complete its first long-distance teleportation from the sea to the Land of Wind and back. In a separate scene, Doctor Strange told Peter Parker that his botched spell had pulled people from other universes into their world and ordered him to find them.

  • Tobirama Senju explained the Flying Thunder God’s design and invited Dana, the Third Raikage, and Yotsuki Ki to observe its long-distance test.
  • The Flying Thunder God vanished from the coast and reappeared covered in sand from the Land of Wind, where the test station confirmed its data was normal.
  • The Third Raikage and Yotsuki Ki showed interest in riding the aircraft, while Dana declined because its interior was too cramped.
  • Doctor Strange told Peter Parker that his failed spell had caused people from every universe who knew Spider-Man’s identity to be dragged into their world.
  • Doctor Strange questioned the captured metal-tentacled man, confirmed he came from another universe, and ordered Peter to find and return the displaced visitors while he fixed the spell.

Ch. 395Light Spot

Tobirama Senju activated the Flying Thunder God with Yotsuki Dana and the Third Raikage aboard, but an unexplained light spot disrupted the teleportation. Dana awoke alone on the rooftop of Cloud Peak Tower and ordered the Federation to seal the site and investigate.

  • Dana, the Third Raikage, and Tobirama Senju boarded the Flying Thunder God and prepared to teleport to Cloud Peak Tower.
  • As Tobirama Senju activated the ship, Dana sensed a fist-sized light spot appear in front of his chest, and the vessel vanished before Tobirama Senju could stop it.
  • An explosion shook Cloud Peak Tower, and Uchiha Shisui found Dana alone on the smoke-filled rooftop.
  • Dana searched for Father, Yotsuki Ki, and Tobirama Senju but could not reach them, then found the same light spot hovering above the wreckage.
  • Dana ordered Cloud Peak Tower sealed, summoned senior Federation figures, and demanded an investigation into everyone connected to the Heavenly Palace Project and Flying Thunder God Engine project.

Ch. 396Federation Shaken

After Tobirama Senju, the Fourth Raikage, and others vanished, Dana and the Federation investigated a growing, undetectable Light Ring at Cloud Peak Tower. On the fourth night, Dana alone could reach through it, and the ring began to tremble as he considered entering.

  • Jishi determined that the light speck matched Tobirama Senju’s original destination coordinates, while Orochimaru reported that spatial ninjas could not affect it.
  • The light speck expanded over several days as Dana struggled with the disappearances, comforted his family, and handled urgent Federation business.
  • On the fourth day, the Light Ring grew to 1.8 meters and its glow turned crimson gold, flowing like a galactic river of stars.
  • Dana discovered that his hand could pass through the Light Ring into an unknown dimension, while no one else could.
  • Dana said he would enter the Light Ring, but Dodai and the others objected, and the trembling ring seemed ready to shatter.

Ch. 397First Appearance

Yotsuki Dana emerged from a Light Ring into a secret laboratory in Queens, where he encountered three Spider-Men and two other people. He discovered that he had arrived in another world and introduced himself through a telepathic message, leaving the group to face the situation together.

  • Five people in the Queens laboratory discussed Visitors from Another World and worried about the possibility of a powerful villain appearing.
  • A Light Ring opened, and an enormous hand reached through before Yotsuki Dana squeezed into the laboratory.
  • Dana questioned where he was, then used Pulsar Eye to survey the unfamiliar world and recognized Spider-Man.
  • Dana used hand seals to summon and divide Golden Katsuyu, then gave one to each of the five people.
  • Dana communicated telepathically with Peter Parker, and the group learned his name was Yotsuki Dana.

Ch. 398I Think It's Time to Call for Help

Dana learned that the young Spider-Man’s spell had caused his father, brother, and an important subordinate to vanish, and he refused to return to his universe without finding them. After taking the cube, he flew into New York to draw the missing people out, while the Spider-Men prepared to call for help.

  • The young Spider-Man explained that his spell had interacted with spatial technology and sent people from other universes away, and Dana concluded that his father, brother, and subordinate might be among the missing.
  • Dana took the cube from the table and refused to hand it back, while the Spider-Men and Ned prepared to defend it.
  • Dana realized he could not reach the upstairs through the basement stairwell, so he punched through seven floors and flew into the night sky.
  • Dana scanned New York but could not identify his missing companions, so he headed toward the city center to attract their attention.
  • The Spider-Men watched Dana break the sound barrier and urged the young Spider-Man to call the Avengers for help.

Ch. 399Change Places for a Drink?

Dodai worried about Dana after he vanished through the Light Ring, while Orochimaru studied the passage and suggested it might reopen in three to five days. In New York, Dana made a public display of his lightning powers to draw out Father and the others, but instead received an invitation from a man in a Quinjet.

  • Dodai fretted that Dana might be in danger beyond the Light Ring, and Orochimaru estimated that the passage could reopen in three to five days.
  • Dana flew conspicuously across New York, drawing attention from the public and three Spider-Men as he searched for Father and the others.
  • Dana reached the Empire State Building and formed a Great Lightning Ball Rasengan, using it to attract and control lightning above the city.
  • The three Spider-Men, reporters, and crowds watched as Dana remained unharmed and lightning formed the Kumogakure emblem in the sky.
  • After Dana failed to find Father and the others, a Quinjet approached, and Nick Fury invited him to change places for a drink.

Ch. 400Search Comes Up Empty

Yotsuki Dana searched New York for his missing companions while Nick Fury tried to bring him in for talks. After Green Goblin attacked, Dana killed him effortlessly, sealed the cube he carried, and agreed to follow Nick Fury.

  • Yotsuki Dana held the Great Lightning Ball Rasengan above the Empire State Building as Nick Fury arrived and used Small Katsuyu to communicate with him.
  • Yotsuki Dana scanned New York for Father and the others, but none of the people who arrived were the ones he sought.
  • Green Goblin attacked Yotsuki Dana with a bomb, which Dana caught and crushed without injury.
  • Yotsuki Dana killed Green Goblin with a laser, and the middle-aged Spider-Man caught the falling corpse.
  • Yotsuki Dana sealed the cube in a scroll, confirmed that fuinjutsu worked in this world, and told Nick Fury to lead the way.

Ch. 401An Ordinary Universe, That's All

Yotsuki Dana met Nick Fury and agreed to let his organization search for Father and the others, while questioning the spell that had brought him to this universe. Dana discovered that Fury was hiding in a small underground base and realized that, despite his apparent honesty, he had lied about his identity.

  • Nick Fury led Dana to a secret underground base after Dana flew ahead of the Quinjet.
  • Dana rejected Fury’s whiskey, questioned his operation, and said he would seek help elsewhere if Fury could not find the people he wanted.
  • Peter Parker arrived, and Dana told Fury to search for Father and the others using their portraits and descriptions.
  • Dana explained that the three could fly, that the first two controlled lightning and had extraordinary physical abilities, and that the third could move through space.
  • Dana asked Fury’s name and determined that he had lied about being Nick Fury.

Ch. 402Ruler

Dodai and Orochimaru monitored the changing Light Ring while Yotsuki Mao waited for her father and grandfather to return. In the Marvel Universe, Doctor Strange used the Eye of Agamotto to learn that the figure who emerged from the ring ruled another world, then went to investigate the ring and ask Nick Fury about him.

  • Dodai kept the Cloud shinobi and researchers on alert, and Yotsuki Mao arrived to wait for her father and grandfather.
  • Orochimaru detected sensory energy extending from the Light Ring and secretly observed it with sapphire-blue eyes.
  • Doctor Strange returned to the New York Sanctum after escaping the Mirror Dimension and used the Eye of Agamotto to review Peter Parker's recent events.
  • Strange saw the imposing figure emerge from the Light Ring and learned that he appeared to be a ruler from another world.
  • Strange arrived at the ring in Nick Fury's facility, found that magic could neither control it nor identify it as a normal portal, and asked where the figure was.
  • Maria Hill told Strange that Fury had gone to the stratosphere to investigate a sighting in New Jersey.
