Smoothie was one of Big Mom's daughters and a Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates, with strength second only to Katakuri among the crew's leading fighters. Despite her rank, she obeyed Big Mom's arrangements out of fear of her mother's brutality toward even her own children. 113 118

At Sabaody Archipelago, Smoothie fought alongside Katakuri against the Beast Pirates and personally killed the captured pirate Witch Susie by wringing her body into juice. 101 She later pursued Lin Yu after he rescued Ulti and Page One, repeatedly intercepting his lightning-based escape with high-speed water slashes. 125 126
