Chapter Summaries

Whitebeard fought Sengoku and Akainu to give Ace a chance to escape, while the Whitebeard Pirate Crew and Luffy helped free him. After separating the Marines from his crew, Whitebeard gave his men his final order to survive and return to the New World.

• Whitebeard knocked Sengoku away and rushed to save Ace while Garp charged to stop him, and the two clashed as the crew held back the Marines.
• Rakuyo caught Ace with his chain, but Kizaru shot the Giant Bird, and Sengoku and Akainu moved to intercept the falling prisoners.
• Rakuyo shoved Ace out of Akainu's path and was fatally pierced, while Ace fled and Whitebeard clashed with Akainu.
