This middle-aged man was Nap Evans, the City Lord of Serpent Head City. He had another identity as well: he was the younger brother of Lop, the Black Serpent Earl.
The young man standing before him was naturally Chen Mu himself.

He took a pale golden badge from his robes and handed it to Nap.
