Night fell.

The village erupted into chaos. Men rushed from their homes carrying all manner of weapons, even farming tools.
The women and children trembled in terror.
"Are the Lizardmen attacking the village?"
Hearing the bells, Li Yu turned to glance at Sauron. "Another battle is upon us. Are you ready?"
"I was just looking for something to test my blade on."
Sauron rested a hand on the curved saber at his waist, his face cold and stern.

Village Chief Ansen rushed in frantically. "Venerable Priest, the Lizardmen are attacking. Please save us, save our village."
"To protect the weak and resist evil is the duty Holy Light has bestowed upon us."
Li Yu rose to his feet and nodded to Village Chief Ansen. "Let's go. Holy Light will not tolerate innocent lives being violated!"
"Thank you, my lord!"
Village Chief Ansen was overjoyed. He hurriedly led Li Yu and the others toward the village gate.
By then, the wooden walls of the village were already packed with people.
