Wealthy and influential figures connected to the Mafia from all across the West Sea, including underworld figures, arrived on Paradise Island to formally attend the press conference and banquet led by the Lucifer Family, with the Gambino Family, Capone Family, and Ferro Family serving as supporters.
The attendees of the press conference were members of various Mafia families, all of them vassals of the Four Great Families. There were no completely independent families among them.
