Carlos sat on the sofa with his legs crossed, leisurely teasing, "Mad Bull, looks like you've been doing pretty well lately. You've put on quite a bit of weight, haven't you?"
Olsen chuckled. The brutal, ruthless pirate crew captain before his subordinates looked somewhat simple-minded and fawning in Carlos's presence.
"It's all thanks to the Boss's care."
Carlos nodded, thinking he at least knew how to behave. Then he cleared his throat and said seriously, "I called everyone here today not only to let you get acquainted and strengthen your friendship, but also because there's serious business to discuss."
"I've already unified the Mafia in the West Sea. Though I used a few tricks, I got it done in the end."
"I'm getting a little tired of staying in the West Sea. I want to head for the Grand Line, and I called you here today to prepare for officially setting sail."
"Tell me, what else can you do besides fight...?"
"Don't ramble on. I'm asking about seafaring professions, like navigator and so on. Don't talk nonsense about anything else."
"I'll be the chef on our future ship." Kelly rose to her feet, smiling gracefully.
There was nothing much to say about Kelly. Everyone already knew, and they all looked at her with smiles.
Carlos waved a hand, signaling for Kelly to sit down.
"I know a little about shipwright work, but I'm not proficient in it." Martin stood and said,
Carlos's eyes lit up. At last, there was a pleasant surprise. It didn't matter if he wasn't proficient; he could learn.
"Martin, that's great. It doesn't matter if you're not proficient—you can learn. Building the ship will take quite some time, so there's plenty of time."
"I'll arrange for the finest shipwrights in the West Sea to teach you."
