Unshackling the Bonds

Within Myriad Things Space, in the Beast Taming Garden.

After letting his Doppelganger leave on its own, Chen Ze immediately entered Myriad Things Space himself.

He had yet to fully study the runes on that monster just now. He had a feeling those runes were anything but simple.

Chen Ze came to the unconscious monster's side, crouched down, and carefully examined the strange runes flashing across its abdomen.

Those runes seemed to possess life, pulsing continuously and giving off a mysterious glow.

Chen Ze reached out and lightly touched them. In an instant, a powerful force coursed from his fingertips through his entire body, making him shudder.

He quickly withdrew his hand, his brows tightly furrowed as he fell into thought.

"Little Green, do you recognize this monster?" Chen Ze turned and asked the Jade Green Lion beside him.

The Jade Green Lion shook its head. Even with its vast knowledge and experience, it had never seen such a monster before.

"What about these runes?" Chen Ze fixed his gaze on the Jade Green Lion, hoping to obtain even the slightest clue from it.

The Jade Green Lion shook its head again, its eyes filled with puzzlement and curiosity. "Senior, the style of these runes is far too ancient. I have never seen them either."

Chen Ze sighed, turning his gaze back to the runes on the monster's abdomen. "Looks like I can only study them myself."

He crouched down again, enduring the discomfort caused by that mysterious force as he decided to first use spiritual power to sense the structure and patterns of the runes.

The instant his spiritual power touched the runes, a powerful repulsive force sent it rebounding.

Chen Ze's heart jolted. There might be something here. There's some resistance, but that doesn't mean there's no chance.
