The supernatural beings of the Blood Moon World could mainly be divided into three major categories: vampires, spellcasters, and warriors.
Vampires stood apart from the rest. They were the oldest supernatural beings, with an exceedingly long heritage. They had long since formed a unique race, their ranks divided according to strength.
Baron, Viscount, Count, Marquis, Duke, and Prince—a total of six tiers.
Before Baron, there were also ordinary vampires, blood descendants who had yet to enter the ranks.
The one Ronan had slain earlier was a vampire Baron, a first-tier supernatural being whose strength had reached the peak of the first tier.
Spellcasters included witches, shamans, and druids.
Spellcasters were likewise divided into those who had yet to enter the ranks and those who had. Like vampires, they possessed six tiers, the highest, sixth tier being the Legendary Tier!
Warriors were the most common type of supernatural being. Their rank divisions were identical to those of spellcasters, with no differences whatsoever.
Supernatural warriors also encompassed the greatest and most complex range of professions: knights, demon hunters, Night Watchmen, rangers, assassins...
Different professions had different paths of advancement, depending on one's own choice.
It was worth mentioning that both vampires and spellcasters relied on bloodline inheritance. In other words, only those possessing the corresponding bloodline could advance into the supernatural; ordinary people could not become either of them.
Warriors, on the other hand, had no bloodline restrictions. Even the most ordinary person might suddenly awaken and step into the supernatural.
