Boom!
Jack's massive body was sent flying backward, smashing a building into collapse. Rubble buried him beneath it.
Yet the next moment, Jack emerged as if nothing had happened, shoving aside the boulders on top of him.
Where Yun Ye had struck him, there was only a shallow wound. After a few drops of blood fell, it began to heal.
"Without Armament Haki hardening, you can't break through my defenses!"
Jack looked at Yun Ye and spoke in a low voice.
Clearly, such a wound was nothing out of the ordinary to him.
It seemed someone had once said something like that right in front of me...
Yun Ye looked at Silver Fiber in his hand and suddenly smiled. He raised his head to look at Jack, an inexplicable grin appearing in his eyes. "If it weren't for you, I might not have mastered Armament Haki hardening so quickly!"
As he spoke, Yun Ye tightened his grip on Silver Fiber. Armament Haki first wrapped around the blade, then grew increasingly "heavy." Finally, with a buzz, Silver Fiber turned a gleaming black in Yun Ye's hand!
Armament Haki hardening!
After a period of training, Yun Ye's Armament Haki had become sufficient to sustain hardening. He had merely lacked the right opportunity.
During his intense clashes with Jack, the Armament Haki within Yun Ye's body became increasingly condensed. Once it reached its limit, his Armament Haki naturally completed its hardening!
Yun Ye pointed his sword at Jack. "Again!"
Jack narrowed his eyes. Though Yun Ye had now mastered a more advanced form of Armament Haki, who was he?
He was one of the Hundred Beasts Pirates' lead performers, one of the Three Calamities—"Drought" Jack!
Even if a Navy Admiral or the Fleet Admiral stood before him, he would dare to charge forward!
