Someone muttered under his breath, fear flashing through his eyes.

As Marines stationed in the North Blue, they naturally knew what the name Vinsmoke Family represented!

Though they were no longer as dominant as before, a starving camel was still bigger than a horse. With the Vinsmoke Family's foundations, wiping out an island would be no difficult task!

The "Army of Evil" was no laughing matter.

However, several people in the room were baffled. They had been transferred from other seas and knew nothing of Vinsmoke's fearsome reputation.

Of course, even if they did know, they would only think it exaggerated. How could a single family possibly rule an entire sea?

Karen, the bespectacled intelligence officer, caught the key point. Her eyes flickered as she turned to Yara and asked, "Sir, the secret experimental site mentioned in the intelligence report is...?"

The Marines of the P-5 Branch were not united. Even within the same branch base, they were divided into two factions.

One faction consisted of North Blue Marines led by Yara, the branch commander.

The other faction was led by Bruller and consisted of Marines transferred from the Grand Line.

The two sides often had minor friction over certain matters.

Everyone withdrew.

Only Yara remained in the room. He shook his head slightly, looked out the window, and murmured, "What troubled times. I hope you can uncover some useful intelligence for Headquarters, rather than be executed for the crime of being a disgrace to the Marines..."

Bruller thought his secret dealings had been perfectly concealed, but in truth, Yara had seen them all.
