Kakashi called out, then exchanged a lecherous look with Jiraiya before taking Sasuke back to the Uchiha clan compound. Since the Uchiha compound was fairly remote and had never held much development value, the Third Hokage had kindly left it for Sasuke.
As for everything else in the compound, anything valuable had long since vanished.
