After becoming digitized, it had not died completely, but transformed into another form of life. Strictly speaking, this Mountain Range Thunder Eel was still alive.
Fan Lang raised a hand, lifted the enormous Mountain Range Thunder Eel, then flung it hard. Its entire body collapsed into a Digital Torrent and merged into the surrounding Dao Domain.
Now it was truly dead.
Fan Lang received a battle reward.
"Let's try some other ways of fighting."
Fan Lang treated this battle as an experiment and turned to look at two other Mountain Range Thunder Eels nearby. He flashed toward them, accompanied by countless Digital Light and Shadows that resembled waves made of numbers. His body shook, and four new arms extended from his body, each gripping a digitized Chain Sword.
He flew between the two Mountain Range Thunder Eels and swung all six arms at once, sending six Chain Swords flying.
The chains extended outward, and the blades at their ends pierced the Mountain Range Thunder Eels' bodies.
Their rock-solid hides could not withstand this special attack of Digital Assimilation. The instant they came into contact, the Mountain Range Thunder Eels' skin turned into numbers.
This was partial assimilation, converting only a small portion into numbers.
Fan Lang seized the chains and spun through the air. The Chain Swords whirled around him in a cutting arc, slicing the two Mountain Range Thunder Eels into several pieces.
The Mountain Range Thunder Eels' wounds were digitized. Even the blood dripping from them came in strings of numbers, while the rest of their bodies remained flesh and blood.
The fatally wounded Mountain Range Thunder Eels let out strange, miserable cries.
Their lives had become Fan Lang's test subjects, yielding an experimental result. Full assimilation consumed a great deal of power, while partial assimilation conserved power.
