Fan Lang had gone to great lengths for this new AFK System, pouring much thought into it and failing many times before finally succeeding.
The upgraded AFK System added an AFK Function for secondary professions, allowing their Experience Points to increase continuously.
The concept behind this AFK Function was simple. The system would determine that Fan Lang was constantly "refining pills," "forging weapons," "making cards," "writing," "painting," and so on. Naturally, doing these things would earn the corresponding Experience Points.
Even if Fan Lang was sound asleep, the system would still consider him busy at work. It was essentially a form of deception against the system.
Moreover, this AFK Function could run in multiple areas at once. All secondary professions could be left AFK simultaneously, advancing side by side without leaving a single one behind.

Fan Lang eagerly gave it a try, performing various operations on AFK System Version 2.0 and setting all of the Six Masters Six Houses and his other secondary professions to AFK.
On God Vast Star, the only secondary professions were those of the Six Masters Six Houses. Out in the universe, however, secondary professions became far more varied, with many more added to the list.
For example, diviners, captains, gunners, and so forth were all popular secondary professions in the universe, each with its own uses. Fan Lang had already taken the time to activate all of these professions before, though their levels were generally quite low.
After a round of operations, multiple Progress Bars began advancing at once, creating a spectacular sight.
A moment later, the various rewards started pouring in.
