Luo Hou let out a sickly laugh and used his last bit of strength to do three things: destroy the Armor of Immortality, dismiss the beasts summoned by the Great Wilderness Scripture, and finally detonate himself in an attempt to perish together with Fan Lang!
These were all desperate, extreme measures. No one would resort to them unless they had no other choice.
The Armor of Immortality had already been somewhat damaged. As its master, Luo Hou Self-Destructed it, worsening the damage. The helmet was especially badly damaged, with a hole forcibly burned through it.
The Great Wilderness Scripture could summon beasts, though it initially could not summon many. Only after Luo Hou gradually strengthened it did it achieve its current capabilities. Luo Hou did not want to leave this accomplishment to Fan Lang, so he simply reverted the Great Wilderness Scripture to its original state. The beast illustrations on its pages vanished one after another. To summon them again in the future, the Great Wilderness Scripture would have to be restored first.
Though these two measures would not completely cripple the two cheats, they greatly reduced their effectiveness. At the very least, they were half-ruined.
As for the final self-destruction, it was actually the least effective. The explosion failed to pose a fatal threat to Fan Lang and merely injured him.
